Erie County Commissioner Bill Geary Fly Over Spotlight

On a typical day, you can find William Geary Jr. in Downtown Buffalo, leading Erie County's Public Works Department. Other days, he may be thousands of feet in the air, leading a crew of U.S. Airmen. "To walk out of this uniform and put on a flight suit tomorrow...it's the best of both worlds is the way I like to look at it," said Geary. Arizona County Has Infrastructure In Place to Handle Development Boom

Public officials and private companies with the same vision have laid the groundwork, literally, for economic growth in the county. The towns and cities in the county have invested millions in infrastructure projects like roads and water and sewer; while private companies also put their money into ensuring there was ample electricity and plots of land to build on.
