WE'RE PLANNING A SAFE & ENJOYABLE CONFERENCE

We have received several inquiries about the status of the Winter Conference in regards to the Governor’s Mask Mandate and recent trend in COVID-19.

First of all: Our Conference is on! And we’re planning for a very successful event. We have no plans to convert the event to a virtual experience.

The Winter Conference Planning Committee is working with our Professional Staff, Conference & Meeting Planning Team, as well as the Hotel & City Center Staff to ensure that all our event plans follow CDC, NYS, and conference safety guidelines—so our conference is a complete and safe success.

Among the steps we are taking are:
  • We are providing extra space and distance in the physical set-up of the conference.
  • Food and beverage set-up will follow safe serving protocols.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the hotel and City Center.
  • All conference attendees are reminded of the New York State mandate to wear masks.

All attendees will receive the latest on this front in the "Know-Before-You-Go" Packet that will be sent out just prior to the conference.
